We had a fun time with this Gainesville renovation: front porch portico, lower back deck bar and full kitchen reno!

We partnered with an amazing designer to help our clients update their Roswell home. We love how out-of-the-box and unique this renovation turned out! We worked on the master bath, half bath, main office and updated the hardwoods throughout, as well as paint throughout.

Not only was this kitchen outdated, but it was also dark, gloomy and didn’t create a space our clients wanted to cook in. This is not what you want for one of the most used spaces in your home! We completely gutted what was there and started fresh. With the right lighting, color palette and layout, we achieved a room that is welcoming and will feed many mouths for years to come.

This home was built in 1986 and had not been updated since! Our client was ready to sell but wanted to make the most out of the sale. Insert Sieber Realty Group! We did a full house renovation, both interior and exterior. The finished product is absolutely BEAUTIFUL.

Our client was able to list his home in a price range that he will profit off of, but his home is now competitive and stands out beautifully from the other listings near him.
