Build Progress!

This build was extra special! This is what we now call home. And we have been terrible at taking after pictures, so for now, I will share the progress pictures I have on hand.. and hopefully I will get some professional pictures in the Spring 🙈.

As an agent I had a search portal active for land lots. When this hit the market we did not hesitate to act fast and secure it. There were trial and errors, and a lot of changes since we built during the height of COVID (Sieber’s sure know how to do it😅😂). Eric is so good at what he does, we were able to get it done in 9 months from breaking ground…and let me just say we had to great CREATIVE! An example; building our own meter base since the one we needed was sold out everywhere (again…COVID..)

This beautiful Lake Home was completed in 2024 off Lake Lanier.

Lauren toured over 50 lake houses with her clients until they found the “diamond in the rough” that sat on a beautiful lot….but the house had to go. So it DID! They then worked with our team of experts, including an architect, engineer, designer, and Eric (builder 😊) to design the lake house of their dreams!
